  • What's Your Return Policy?

    We want you to have a great customer experience. We offer a no hassle 30-day return on all purchases. Please be sure to save the product labels and return them with the products.

  • What's Your Exchange Policy?

    All orders can be exchanged for a different type or size within 30 days of the purchase. Whether you bought one of our covers directly through one of our 3rd party sales channels. Simply contact us with the name your product was purchased under and we can help you with an exchange.

  • What Should I Do If My Product Arrived Damaged?

    Please contact us right away so that we can provide you with an exchange. Regardless if the product was purchased directly through our website or one of our 3rd party sales channels.

  • How Long Will It Take For My New Cover To Arrive Once I have Placed My Order?

    All orders are processed the same day as they have been placed Monday-Friday by 1:00pm Pacific Time. All of our covers are shipped via USPS Frist Class which generally takes 4-6 days to arrive unless a different shipping method has been selected at the time of purchase. Orders to Canada tend to take 5-9 days.

  • Can I Wash My New Cover?

    We don’t recommend washing the covers since all of our Ironing Board Covers are constructed¬†with multiple layers (Padding) and the different types of material tend to react to varying¬†temperatures differently. This could cause shrinkage resulting in the cover not to fit as originally designed. Furthermore, it’s best not to wash covers which have been treated to maintain the integrity of its features.

  • Do You Offer Volume Discounts or Custom Orders?

    We do offer a volume discount to businesses purchasing multiple covers for their business or for resellers interested in our products. We also offer custom sizes and custom designed covers with a minimum order commitment.
